As part of the Global Climate Action Agenda at COP30, the Breakthrough Agenda’s Plans to Accelerate Solutions turn ambition into action. These plans set out shared goals and practical steps to decarbonise the sectors responsible for over 60% of global emissions, including power, transport, steel, hydrogen, buildings, and cement and concrete. Developed collaboratively with governments, businesses, and non-state actors, they provide a clear framework for coordinated implementation in the critical years ahead.
