The Industrial Deep Decarbonization Initiative (IDDI) is a coalition of 10 governments working with the private sector, think tanks and academia to stimulate the demand for low and near-zero emissions materials, starting with steel, cement and concrete. The IDDI advocates for public procurement commitments via its Green Public Procurement Pledge to stimulate the demand for green products and is working to harmonize systems for emissions reporting and benchmarking of industrial products.
